- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish.
6. In the same skillet, add the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom.
7. Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
