Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
