Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs large
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Topping

  • 1 cup Mixed berries fresh

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and lemon zest.
  5. Pour the filling into the baked crust. Bake for another 25 minutes or until set.
  6. Let the tart cool completely. Top with fresh berries before serving.
