  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  5. 5. Roll out each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. 7. Cook each dough circle for about 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden spots appear.
  8. 8. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
