- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 0.5 cup Water Warm
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Optional, for topping
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll out each portion as thin as possible.
Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Let cool before breaking into pieces and serving.
