Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Water Warm
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Optional, for topping

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  3. Add the olive oil and warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll out each portion as thin as possible.
  6. Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Let cool before breaking into pieces and serving.
