Instructions
In a saucepan, bring 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, add dried lavender, and let steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher and discard the lavender.
Add lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and enjoy!
