Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • cup Water Warm
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece out as thin as possible.
  6. Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
