Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar.
Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece out as thin as possible.
Place the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
