Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 10 minutes.
In a large pot, cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
Spread a thin layer of meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Layer with noodles, cheese mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let lasagna stand for 10 minutes before serving.
