Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Shredded Carrot
  • ¼ cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in the shredded carrot and cabbage.
  2. 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until set, flipping once.
  4. 4. Remove the egg mixture from the pan and set aside.
  5. 5. Add the remaining butter to the pan and toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  6. 6. Assemble the sandwich by layering the egg mixture, ham, cheese, and a sprinkle of sugar between two slices of toasted bread.
  7. 7. Add ketchup and mayonnaise to taste, then close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
  8. 8. Serve hot and enjoy!
