Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  3. Add the cornstarch slurry and continue to whisk until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before using.
