Ingredients
Dough

warm water

active dry yeast

olive oil
Filling

shredded mozzarella cheese

crumbled feta cheese

egg

tablespoon
butter, melted
Instructions
Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
Let dough rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Divide dough into 4 pieces. Shape each into a boat shape.
Mix cheeses and fill each dough boat.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
Crack an egg in the center of each boat. Bake for another 5 minutes.
Brush with melted butter before serving.
