Ingredients 

Dough

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Filling

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until foamy.
  2. Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  3. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  5. Divide dough into 4 pieces. Shape each into a boat shape.
  6. Mix cheeses and fill each dough boat.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Crack an egg in the center of each boat. Bake for another 5 minutes.
  9. Brush with melted butter before serving.
