Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar

Filling

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk 14 oz each
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.75 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, key lime juice, and lime zest.
  5. Pour mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
