  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. Add almond flour and baking powder to the cheese mixture. Mix well.
  4. Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf or desired shape.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
