  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 Egg large
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
  2. 2. Add melted butter, egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a fork until smooth.
  3. 3. Microwave on high for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, until the bread has risen and is firm to the touch.
