John Wayne Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ½ cup diced jalapeños
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and corn to the skillet. Stir well.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, diced onion, bell pepper, and jalapeños.
Spread the biscuit dough in the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer the beef mixture over the biscuit dough.
Spread the sour cream mixture over the beef.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
