Ingredients 

Pancake Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs separated
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  6. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and lightly grease it.
  7. Spoon batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
