  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  5. Assemble the sliders with buns and your choice of toppings.
