Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slider buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, etc.
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Assemble the sliders with buns and your choice of toppings.
