Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced jalapeños
- ¾ cup milk
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.
Stir in cheddar cheese and jalapeños.
Add milk and mix until just combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
