  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. 2. Add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced jalapeños.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  7. 7. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape each into a bagel.
  8. 8. Place the bagels on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
