  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 balls. Roll out each ball into a pizza crust.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
