Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Lamb shoulder, cut into chunks
- 4 Large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 Large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 4 cups Beef or lamb broth
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Add the onions, carrots, and potatoes to the pot. Stir to combine.
3. Pour in the broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
