Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup Irish cream liqueur

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Mix in Irish cream liqueur.
  4. Pour filling over crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
