Irish Cream Cheesecake Recipe
A rich and creamy cheesecake with a hint of Irish cream liqueur.

Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.25 cup melted butter
Filling
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup Irish cream liqueur
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Blend in eggs one at a time. Mix in Irish cream liqueur.
Pour filling over crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
