  • 1 cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  5. Flatten each ball into a disc about ¼ inch thick.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry each disc until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
