- 4 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine eggs, butter, flour, sugar, milk, coconut, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
