Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream softened
  • 1 quart Chocolate Ice Cream softened
  • 1 pound cake Pound Cake sliced

Instructions 

  1. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving extra hanging over the sides.
  2. Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream in the bottom of the pan.
  3. Place a layer of pound cake slices over the ice cream.
  4. Spread a layer of softened chocolate ice cream over the pound cake.
  5. Repeat layers until the pan is full, ending with a layer of ice cream.
  6. Fold the plastic wrap over the top and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. To serve, lift the cake out of the pan using the plastic wrap, slice, and enjoy!
