Main Ingredients

  • 1 quart Vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1 quart Chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 cup Crushed cookies any type
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • ½ cup Chocolate syrup

Instructions 

  1. 1. Line the bottom of a springform pan with crushed cookies.
  2. 2. Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie layer.
  3. 3. Add a layer of chocolate syrup over the vanilla ice cream.
  4. 4. Spread softened chocolate ice cream over the chocolate syrup layer.
  5. 5. Top with whipped cream and more crushed cookies if desired.
  6. 6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. 7. Remove from springform pan, slice, and serve.
