- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
