  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sriracha. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the cornstarch mixture and whisk until the sauce thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
