  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a skillet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, honey, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared skillet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
