- 3 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Honey roasted peanuts
- ½ cup Peanut butter
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and honey roasted peanuts.
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil together. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and peanuts. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before storing it in an airtight container.
