Instructions
Mix warm water and honey in a bowl. Add yeast and let sit for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, combine bread flour, rolled oats, and salt.
Add yeast mixture and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the dough, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
