- 4 fillets Salmon skinless
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds optional, for garnish
- 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the soy-honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
