  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds optional, for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the soy-honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
