  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Green onions, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Pour the marinade into the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
