  • ½ cup Honey
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add to the saucepan.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce has thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
