- 4 fillets Salmon
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, chipotle in adobo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the honey chipotle mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
