Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk 110°F
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Honey Butter Glaze

  • ¼ cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add melted butter, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
  3. Gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Brush warm rolls with honey butter glaze.
