Main Ingredients
- 8 cups bread cubes day-old or toasted
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine bread cubes, onion, celery, parsley, sage, and thyme.
Pour melted butter and chicken broth over the mixture. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
