Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, and rosemary. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and serve hot.
