Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 whole Lemon halved
- 4 cloves Garlic peeled
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.
Place the lemon halves and garlic cloves inside the chicken cavity.
Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving.
