Ingredients

  • 500 g Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and browned, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
