- 1 lb pork loin
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon thyme chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.
Place the pork loin in a baking dish and roast for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
