- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush each pork chop with olive oil.
Press each pork chop into the bread crumb mixture to coat both sides.
Place the pork chops on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
