  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs preferably panko
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them with the herb mixture.
  4. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
