- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
- 1 cup Milk
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon Chopped fresh herbs Parsley, thyme, or your choice
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the shredded cheese and chopped herbs, and mix well.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vegetable oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Transfer the batter to a greased baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
