Ingredients 

Cake Base

  • 200 g Digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g Butter melted

Hazelnut Mousse

  • 200 g Hazelnut spread
  • 300 ml Heavy cream whipped
  • 50 g Powdered sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan. Chill in the fridge.
  2. 2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. 3. Fold in the hazelnut spread gently into the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. 4. Spread the hazelnut mousse over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top.
  5. 5. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
