Hazelnut Chocolate Tart Recipe
A rich and decadent tart with a hazelnut crust and creamy chocolate filling.

Crust
- 1.5 cups Hazelnuts toasted and ground
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
Filling
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate chopped
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ground hazelnuts, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Add vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and pour into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
