Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix hash browns and melted butter. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate to form a crust.
  4. Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine ham, cheese, and green onions. Spread over baked crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour over ham mixture.
  7. Bake in oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
