Ham Swiss Quiche
A delicious and easy-to-make quiche with ham and Swiss cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the diced ham and shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
