Main Ingredients
- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 8 slices Ham
- 8 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 unit Egg beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 8 rectangles.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each rectangle.
Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
