Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 8 slices Ham
  • 8 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 1 unit Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 8 rectangles.
  3. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each rectangle.
  4. Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling and press the edges to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
