- 6 croissants cut into pieces
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
In a baking dish, layer the croissant pieces, diced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
