Ham and Gruyere Quiche

- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pie crust pre-made or homemade
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Spread the diced ham and shredded Gruyere cheese evenly over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
